I am a 23-year-old online journalist. I currently work at The Miami Herald as an online producer. I graduated from the University of Florida's College of Journalism and Communications in 2008, where I majored in online journalism and minored in business. I have worked as the webmaster for UF's College of Veterinary Medicine. I have also worked for Gainesville publications The Independent Florida Alligator and The Gainesville Sun.
My skills include Web design, writing and copy editing. I also speak fluent Spanish. I live in Miami, Fla. with my husband and my cat, M'Lady. In my free time, I like learning how to play songs on the piano, reading Wikipedia articles and playing video games.
